Homemade Maple Nut Granola is a pantry staple! This easy granola recipe uses simple, wholesome ingredients and is perfectly crunchy, lightly sweet, and easy to store.

- 450g rolled oats 6 cups
- 75g pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup
- 75g sunflower seeds 1/2 cup
- 100g chopped nuts 1 cup (almonds, pecans, walnuts, and/or hazelnuts)
- 25g ground flax 2 tbsp (optional)
- 50g coconut oil 1/4 cup (melted)
- 85g maple syrup 1/4 cup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp salt
In a large bowl, combine all of your dry ingredients.
In a small saucepan, warm the wet ingredients over low heat until melted and smooth.
Drizzle the melted mixture over the dry ingredients and toss gently with a wooden spoon until everything is evenly coated.
Spread the granola evenly onto a baking sheet (lined with parchment if you prefer).
Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and fragrant. Let it cool completely on the pan before storing.
