In a quart jar with a lid, fill half way with vinegar.

Whenever you squeeze a lemon, lime, or peel an orange, place the rind in the vinegar in the jar.

Keep adding until it's full, add more vinegar if needed to submerge the citrus.

Let infuse for 1-2 weeks.

Once infused, transfer to a pop-top bottle by using a straining funnel.
