Aphid Spray

There is nothing worse than examining your beautiful plant and finding it smothered aphids. If you're lucky, you'll be able to catch the problem soon enough and get rid of them with this simple and natural aphid spray. Using only a few ingredients, this natural spray will get the job done.

Ingredients  

  • 1 Tbsp Liquid Soap
  • 1 Quart Water
  • 3-5 drops Peppermint Essential Oil
  • Quart Mason Jar With a Lid
  • Spray Bottle or Mason Jar Spray Bottle Attachment

Instructions 

  1. Grab your quart mason jar and add 1 Tbsp of liquid soap.
  2. Fill the jar to the top with cold water.
  3. Add 3-5 drops of peppermint oil.
  4. Place the lid on tightly and shake.
  5. Pour into a spray bottle or screw on a spray attachment to your mason jar.
  6. Spray the underside of affected leaves in the morning and evening until the problem resolves. This could take 3-5 days.

Notes

Once the problem is resolved, make sure you wash down the sprayed leaves with water to remove soap residue before harvest.
